      Great HR Manager, and a great group of production employees

      Cons

      The nepotism is seriously disturbing at this company. They hire family and new 6 figure office employees after temporarily laying off 80 production employees and permanent laying off 25. I was helping employees who have been there 30+ year file for unemployment while recruiting for 2 six figure employee to bring into the company. After doing that, i was laid off while they kept all there kids and grand kids that are related to senior staff employed. This company WILL be closing its doors soon due to the senior staff and managements poor decision making.

      Absolutely nothing. Glad I left.

      Cons

      Customer service ladies are obnoxious & childish. There is zero accountability from management. Children in middle school exhibit better behavior. Worst job I have ever had.

      Pros

      Staff gets along and tries to incorporate community and inclusivity. Management is firm but flexible, not a ton of micromanaging. Lots of room to grow, company likes to promote within.

      Cons

      There has been a decent amount of change of the last few years, which is difficult for any company. COVID has brought on a lot of challenges within the building; however, I feel this will get better. The building could be more fun, it's very sterile. Could encourage team building exercises and activities.
