Pros

Cool fabric technology and useful for people that like to ski or enjoy snow sports. Sock warranty is popular.

Cons

Niche, expensive brand with extremely low foot traffic. May be uncomfortable if alone for hours at a time 3-5 days a week. Good luck meeting the silly commission targets that require everyone to meet goal before any payouts happen.

Pros

Friendly and accommodating people. Ability to WFH consistently

Cons

Toxic corporate culture cultivated by yes men. Wrong people leading departments with no understanding of leadership. Promotion and advancement hugely favoured.
