Stay clear of Icicle and its toxic environment

Pros

You get to see how a company should not be run. If you get lucky, you'll meet one or two nice coworkers before they leave for another company.

Cons

Micromanagement at its best! Plus, the company has clearly a problem of Misandry ( prejudice and hate against men). This is reflected by the hiring practices and the gender ratio in leading roles. Salary is a joke. Work-life balance is a joke. Churn rate is extremely high, people come and go so often. People jump on and off projects all the time. They make it seems "cool" to work here in the interviewing process. BUT it is nothing more than a small company run by two huge egos. They are two micromanagers who have a talent for yelling at people and terrorize them psychologically.

Messy Management Results in Loss of Talents

Pros

Got plenty of overtime friends and freedom at office without supervisors around (they like to leave at 6pm after shoving projects at you)

Cons

Work on unrealistic goals. Jacks of all trade, master of none. Micromanagement at its best as clearly they don't know what they are doing. No traffic control of projects with endless meetings. Everything has to be done by yesterday.

Pros

Well developed as a printing agent, smart move to develop creative design sector. Bright idea to combine technology with creativity.

Cons

Self centred Management people thought they were creative and open minded, but they have never noticed their poor communication skills with staff. A lot of times their creative ideas did not present well to the rest of the company which makes people hard to follow. Employees could only guest what the management wanted to accomplish. Don't ask any question if you don't want to get scolded. By the time you figured out what to do with the management's direction, they have already come up with a new direction. This cycle keeps going on and on.
