Great people to work with.

Cons

New management has no clue how to run a successful company. The President is just a figurehead with no clout. Senior management has been in turmoil over direction the company should go, while losing valuable market presence. The inner-fighting over mundane issues, keeps everyone watching their backs so they are not the next person thrown under the bus.

No goals or expectations so easy place to work. Fair pay and good benefits

Cons

Prefers to hire and promote outside the company, usually with people who have no experience in key issues of the company. Company is sinking fast with fewer sales by year for lase three years. Company does not expect sales to improve and has no plans (they do have wishes) that sales will improve but with no plan, sales will not improve.
