Pros

While I was with them there were certainly quite some nice people there. Sometimes it felt like a family. Water, coffee and tea was (is?) free - keep it like this. The EUR invested there comes back to you big time as sharing thoughs over a cup of coffee is worth more than the 1 or 2 EUR.

Cons

Lots of fluctuation Sickness of workers show that they are unsatisfied (as they are not treated as the expect) Some management reasoning / lack of transparency / motives

Pros

Some of the people you meet here are true specialists in what they create for clients. Interesting enough projects Very few times did I feel the agency burn

Cons

-Absolute chaos. You can work steadily, and have a five to six month bizDev Break every year. -The office is so tied to Berlin, and communication is not either area’s specialty, you’ll work on something for a good month and present it, only to find out Berlin offices were working on it and want to take over. -the weird desire/push for on-site is ridiculous. Most employees show up one or two days a week to the office, yet, they’ll hire remote and then expect you to move to their location. -higher level creative management is torn between utilizing their strengths and pitching sales decks all day long. -said creative management is more interested in micro-managing employees rather than supporting and cheering them on. -there’s three offices, and all three should work in tandem. Unfortunately, with budgeting, it becomes a very territorial chaotic “you cannot work on xyz because you are not in xyz office.” Pay could be better, and they could be more open to soft negotiations, post-Covid.
