      Great pension (you get the mean age) scheme. Company is like a family. Hire only proven professional veterans. Great reputation with existing clients.

      Cons

      Old fashioned, too local and no true ambitions to grow (although high potential). Shy away from being disruptive. Outdated skills and approach culture.
