Willing to train new employees. Greeted with patience and experienced a learning environment. Exposed to new and exciting opportunities involving leadership.

Cons

Completely unorganized company from the top down; too many middle-managers and underlings and not enough direction given from executive suite. Bosses consistently "played favorites."

Work with great people. It's like an agency since there are so many brands, but we own the brands so there isn't the pressure of "pleasing" a client. Variety.

Cons

Changing business model makes it hard to have structure. Everything is last minute. Too few people working on too many brands.
