      Infrastructure only..and maybe the location..otherwise there's nothing good to write home about

      Too much politics They don't believe in the learning curve They tend to drag ur personal lives n make it public gossip

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues and a very friendly atmosphere. Managers and team leads were always helpful and accommodating. Has an excellent conveyance service (bus & cabs) for all employees at subsidized rates. Has decent onsite opportunities if you perform well.

      1. Salary and incentives not up to industry standards. 2. At times, the senior management is biased towards some particular senior persons
