      Pros

      One of the benefits of working in a high-pressure environment is that it creates a strong sense of camaraderie among the employees. They can empathize with each other's challenges and support each other through difficult times.

      Cons

      This company is a joke. They lure you in with big promises, but then they pay you peanuts. They don't care about retaining their staff, they just use them up and spit them out. They hire newbies who don't know any better and don't train them properly. They treat us like disposable batteries, not like human beings. They say we have flexible PTO, but that's a lie. We never get any time off after working like crazy to meet their deadlines. Half of us are sick from the stress. The managers are so used to dealing with drama that they don't bother to fix anything.

      Pros

      cool projects, involved in client meetings, talented nice fellow designers, involved in many aspects of projects

      Cons

      you will have no life while working here. expact to work till late night or even early am and weekends and holidays. the management team thinks its ok to work during weekends/holidays with no compensation or comp day. too much overtime. if you dont work supper late to finish what they assigned you, you will be blamed . manager assigned tasks not based on how much time left in your day, but based on wtf deadlines there are. overworked many designers.
