Slavery in their DNA! The company wants to grow at a rocket speed, and expects you to give them all your time and life, and in return pay you peanuts with their KRAs and policies. A player hires A players, B player hires C players. The common emotion of any work place is propagated by the top management. I wont say some managers are good or some are bad. The whole strategy of the management is to hire C players, make them slaves and make them work day night. Their is no technology differential as their punchline says. There is absolutely no emphasis on quality. You cant find a single knowledgeable person here, just managers who are good at buttering their seniors and shouting on juniors. 90% of the managers are ill mannered. Shouting and abusing is common in the daily working. Some of them are divorcees and make fun of you if you say that too much working hours is not giving you personal time. They encourage you to avoid family and sit here for long hours and drink with them in the car parking. They do not have a proper social life and they wont let you have one. Politics is at its peak. You will find wives/brothers/sisters of old employees here who dont know ABC of software. Good resources with good knowledge and salary are not welcomed here. Dont be disheartened if you are rejected here. They go to other cities like Chandigarh, Roorkee to hire people with less salary. I landed up here because of my job gap.

Horrible work envirnoment. They Micro Manage everything. The owner tried to convince US companies that this 99% Indian based company is based in the US. In reality I was one of only 3 Americans who worked here. All development and support was overseas. You were expected to work 10 to 12 hours a day and work on weekends. They pay was on the low side and the stress level was through the roof.This company has no Idea how to effectively manage, motivate and grow its US team. No benefits and no respect for family.
