Pros
3-5 years ago great place to work. You knew why you got the low pay but it was worth knowing you where helping kids and people in your neighborhood. It was a fun job with lots of interesting people, and lots of fun and strange things to process.
Cons
We the willing led by the unknowing are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much for so long with so little we are now qualified to do anything with nothing. That is what you need to get use to now.
