Sorry that our relation went sour and thank you for the feedback.
As a young scale-up organisation we are trying to get everyone on board. We believe in self organising teams that can take decisions according to the priorities which are being agreed together. I avoid to micro manage and delegate as much as possible. And yes, priorities shift. It seems you have interpreted this as indecision. While my true intent was to lay a foundation for a two-way communication and aid in engaging you with the team. It did not lead to the desired outcome
We do have a career management in place, and we allocate 15% of the staff budget for training purposes and skills growth.
As things evolved, it was clear that there is a mismatch - which happens in every company, and I failed to align the expectations
I'm really sorry we were not able to turn this situation around. You are always welcome to continue the conversation
