The benefit offerings are top notch at Idea Hall. The most generous I have seen. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/401(k)/Profit Sharing/Wellness Expense Reimbursement...the list goes on. State of the art tech and office space. Growing team of smart and fun people.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with the focus on growth means...hang on for a fun ride. It's easy to over-extend yourself so you must keep your work/life balance in check. The company fully supports the balance.

Pros

Idea Hall is dedicated to its employees and has listened to feedback. The company has made a noticeable shift in their company culture and has taken great lengths to make it a fantastic place to work. I enjoy coming in (Tues/Thurs) and collaborating with my teammates, laughing and having fun. I appreciate the hybrid workplace where I can achieve a great work/life balance. The benefits are excellent, and the work is rewarding.

Idea Hall has the best company culture and the best people to work with! Everybody was so nice, welcoming and easy to work with, and each task was done diligently. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to be involved with the advertising , marketing, PR, and communications industry,
