- Autonomy to manage your work and day, trust to handle the client and their needs - No endless hours working on proposals and deadlines on top of your work day! A dedicated sales team to handle the business development which is hugely refreshing. - Not stuck under archaic old practises or people knocking on the door of retirement, have a strong ambitious leadership team who drive a growth mindset - Positive culture, low stress, great work life balance - Great remuneration package with ongoing training, certification and bonus structure that's achievable and genuinely beneficial to your career

- An old office space in Sydney, location is a blessing and a curse, would be great to have a place to come that draws people in from home more.
