I have worked with 2 companies before this company and 1 company after leaving Idea Infinity. But I have never seen a worst organization like this. Bond is there for experienced professionals also. They won't leave you till the bond gets completed and if you try to ask them before that time to relieve you they will drain your energy and threaten you of legal action. You will lose your motivation to work. Staying Unemployed is very best rather than joining this hopeless company.
