Pros
Free Lunch and accommodation (pre covid). Great Responsibilities. Excellent Learning and Visibility. Given room to explore new things. Amicable co-workers and a reachable CEO. Great Tech Stack to shoot your career off with. Ability to get to wear a lot of hats.
Cons
All benefits were cut during Work From Home. Work-Life Balance takes a hit sometimes, (unrealistic deadlines). Requires devotion and ownership skills to the project/story you're working on. Learning feels a bit saturated after sometime. Lacks in senior management.

- High Responsibilities helpful for career - Lean startup can know the business process easily - Easy reachable CEO
Cons
- Work life balance is poor - Pay is not good - Fast deadlines - Multiple decisions in small time for a feature or product - No senior management, product managers and HR - Very very less benefits - Very small team which becomes hectic sometimes while work
