Low pay, annoying workers, everyone is on drugs

Company has gone down hill since merging with stronghaven. This company used to care about the employees and did not lay people off or let them go during the off season. Now they are dropping people left and right . Quality has gone down, employee moral does not exist. Major accounts have left for various reasons since the merger. Office is the most toxic environment ever seen. The manager hates people being happy in the office. Happiness is seen as a distraction. Used to be a great place to work, now it's just filled with grumpy miserable people
