      Pros

      Some people were fun to work with. The office environment is ok considering the industry its in.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for growth unless your a technician. A lot of office politics depending on what department you’re working in of course. Management needs to make better hiring decisions.

      If you don't like to have fun, this isn't a place for you.

      The good and the bad...

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime opportunities, the people are fun to work with, a lot of training opportunities and provided uniforms.

      Cons

      Non-traditional daily schedule (different start time everyday), On-call schedule can be difficult if others choose not to answer the calls, if you don’t speak Spanish then it may be difficult to communicate with field staff.
