      Low salary and No Work life balance at all

      Sales Commission ( better than nothing)

      Cons

      Since it's a mall hours, I understand that work-life-balance doesn't exist at all. Very low salary for non-optometrist and more hours workload, And it's difficult to file an absent. For a bachelor degree holders (non-optometrist), that place is not for us. Better look for a real office job.
