Pros
Idealoft Studio has a very welcoming vibe and the work culture is really amazing. It has a very cohesive and collaborative work environment. Your colleagues become your best of friends and a group that not only has fun but also motivates you to push your limits and grow together.
Cons
Though the company provides hybrid mode, working from home becomes monotonous after a point. I would really suggest going to office everyday.
