Flexible working conditions, ability to work from home most of the time Company vision ahead of its time, opportunities to learn and contribute Takes care of employee on personal note with the great support in case of any emergency.
Cons
No Gratuity. (but the over period of your journey you will get in some other way) No Overtime. (but when it comes to your fun time they will sponsor your trip) No incentives (but they will take care of you if you are an asset for the org.) Rest the best place to work ! Wish you all the best.
