Ideasmyth is a start-up company where you get to work with bright and smart people, create something from nothing, exchange ideas to work smarter and most importantly, learn from each other. Even though it was a part-time basis, I learned much from Victoria, the CEO of the company, and the rest of my peers. I get to apply my previous work experience here and learn new skills like copywriting to expand my professionalism. You are assigned to projects with minimum supervision, but Victoria will almost check in with you about your progress plus feedbacks. There are no egos here. We are here to learn from each other and build something from the ground together.
