Pros
Most definitely my worst working experience as the office is run very inefficiently. Do note, their competition is doing much better in the ASTV world. Don’t let the pool table, free lunches and bar fool you…as the daily ambiguity will not allow you to take a full lunch, play at the pool table nor have a beer at 6pm. The health benefits are below average and the bonus is a nice perk “if” you can last the first year. If you are seriously considering working for this family, good luck & god bless!

Nice group of people, predominantly female, free lunches.
Cons
Expect a 4-5 hour interview. Owner is chaotic and changes directions very quickly with little regard for how stressed he makes everyone - he only cares about making money. There is little to no chance of receiving a salary increase or title change either - no matter how hard you work or how long you are there. There is no direction when working on projects either and you will be instructed to do things at least 100 different ways and still get yelled at when it is not done to the owners standards.
