Pros

The Senior Solution Consultants are great. Tech Support is great and the Engineers on the Delivery Team are awesome. Solid technology.

Cons

The Board and Senior Leadership are throwing bodies at the problem on the sales side. They have not made wise strategy decisions on the Marketing and Product Management side. The Marketing budget is very small in comparison to the competition, and Sales is expected to take on the role of Marketing and create their own content without direction or input. There is a lack of Technical Sales support for a growing sales team. It is difficult to navigate within the organization to get assistance or help to get deals across the finish line. “It’s not my job” is a constant theme within the organization. For a small company the communication is very poor and the left hand doesn’t talk to the right. The company is trying to take steps to add better enablement, but this will do little to help the organization unless decisions are made to make a bigger investment in Product Management and Marketing.
