Smart people Interesting projects Founders are great to work for

The team is very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. At times there can be tight deadlines and as a data scientist you have to do a lot of self-serving in terms of data sourcing, auditing and ETL. Given that Idiro also provides data scientists to other companies you can end up working on site with a client for long periods of time. They do a lot of international work also especially in telecoms. Internally, the company is always looking to innovate in terms of services and products - it can be hard to do both a times but it's a good challenge.
