      Great work environment - Management needs improvement

      Pros

      Work environment - never a boring day at the office People - Fun and outgoing Location - conveniently located on Majorstuen Office space - brand new Social gatherings - weekly/monthly events

      Cons

      Poorly structured management - things never get done Unstructured sales division - random selection of teams Poor leadership in sales division - leaders do not relate to their employers Not great oppurtunities for promotion in sales department

      Pros

      There is a lot to learn, and many opportunities internally. Hard work is rewarded. The location is great. You talk to a lot of different businesses, given that the company has 5000 customers.

      Cons

      The company seems to have outgrown its offices, there is little space. High turnover, depending on department.
