Pros

Flexible timing, work from home, there are not much, as everybody has almost left the company.

Cons

They fire people at one go on one fine day, you are not even allowed to take your bag. Also so much racism and politics.

I appreciate the feedback here. I agree that we could not pay the salaries on time for the first time in six years and I truly feel sorry for it. I take complete responsibility of where we stand right now and I promise to get this back on track in next 3-4 months. I will try to be more transparent moving forward. Probably set up a monthly emailer on where we stand.

flexible timing and food, WFH thats it!

Cons

They fired 10 employees out of 60 in 2014, its a worst company you can work for. The worst is HR. High politics, If you belong to Maharashtra then you are welcome, else you will be odd men out.
