Iglu gives me freedom to manage my own schedule and to work from anywhere. Iglu makes remote working possible and effective. I also get to work with great colleagues and to socialize with them.

Cons

There are rooms for further improvement but so far things are great.

I have been working with Iglu for over 10 years and have had the chance to progress in my career from an intern to a director role. The flexibility and work-life balance are great, as well as having both remote work and office options.

Cons

A lot of independence is required.
