An Excellent Place to Work
Pros
- I was given real responsibility and rewards from day one. - I was surrounded by friendly, supportive and passionate people that genuinely loved what they did. - Their bright, open-plan office was in an excellent location with plenty of exciting places to go at lunch and after-work. - The culture was incredible and personal development was both supported and encouraged. I felt trusted and able to manage my own time, make decisions, share my opinion, and further develop my skill set. - Everyone here was using the latest technology to power everything that they did. It was great to work for a company that fully understood and embraced the digital sector that they operate within. - The break-out space, complete with sofas and a ping pong table, was a great place to get work done away from your desk.
Cons
My work was sometimes varied, but this was a great opportunity to get outside my comfort zone and pick up new skills.
