Pros
the people are young, cool, but to be honest there are not any pros to this job.
Cons
low pay, long hours, no gas reimbursement ( don't let them fool you) this is a pyramid scheme run by Smart Circle - you'll stand in same club all day and keep getting thrown the idea of "management" where you can run your own business and choose your own schedule. If you make it to management you'll work more than before.

No pros what so ever. Except thank god I am smart enough to realize it's a scam.
Cons
Terrible company. If u want one day off every 2 weeks and get a pay check for $400-$700. So that's a maximum of $1400 a month then do it. They try to use educated words to paint a picture in kids heads of how great their company is. They will tell you that they work with or associated with Fortune 500 companies. In reality they just work for Fortune 500 companies, another words the homeless man on the side of the road is qualified to work here. Complete scam. Hope plenty of college kids see this review and stay away from ignite events. You can go work at a gas station and make more $ then you ever will here
