      Pros

      In all honesty, working for this company is wonderful. Immediately after joining, you feel as though you have joined a family rather than a team. The working environment is fantastic. The training is ongoing, which is a big plus. The incentives are huge - not just from a financial standpoint, but also in terms of career progression. And the company holidays are awesome. 2022 the team had a week's paid vacation in Tulum, Mexico.

      I wouldn't say there are any cons.

      An Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      Unlimited career progression opportunities Opportunity to learn with some of the most experienced people in the market Excellent work/life balance model (In my personal experience Angus and Thomas have been super supportive in allowing me to have a flexible working schedule) Great Atmosphere - Everyone in the company is genuinely nice and wants everyone to succeed Happy to work in a multicultural team with a mix of different nationalities Monthly performance bonuses Amazing trips to different countries happening every year (Croatia 2 years ago, Mexico this year) Gym membership

      Genuinely there is nothing I can say wrong about Ignite. Very happy to be working there with this amazing team

      Pros

      - Having worked at numerous recruitment companies I can say that IgniteSAP is the best by far. - Excellent training and development with a variety of career paths to take. - Given the freedom & trust to work independently but supported when needed. - The benefits are excellent, including unlimited holiday, increasing commission scale and remote working options. - Showing flexibility to people with families really adds to the work/life balance.

      Cons

      Nothing to improve, bringing in the right people and growing while keeping the positive work environment is key!
