Business outlook
Pros
Definitely the best place I've worked, friendly management and supportive senior staff. Generally a really nice atmosphere and they look after staff. You also feel welcome to share new ideas without judgement. Occasional socials, hybrid working, flexitime, really nice office environment.
Cons
Communication and organisation could still be improved at times. However, I do feel that staff listen when you bring up complaints and are working towards improving any issues.
