      The company outright lies to the employees.

      The hours are good. That's about it.

      Cons

      The company tells the employees one thing and then does the opposite. My favorite lie was when they called the entire company together to tell us that the company is very stable and our jobs were all safe for at least a year and a half. The next week they laid off a bunch of people stating "Work Slowdown/Work Shortage" . The moral at the company is very low and the management does not know how to improve the situation. There are many Clique's at the company and if you are not in the Clique you are not going anywhere in this company and will probably even get fired. I have seen it happen many times over and even though management denies it , it still happens today.

      Hard business decisions lead to perceived long term jobs becoming short term.

      Small agile company. Can make decisions quickly.

      Cons

      Will not keep direct charge personnel or transition them to overhead to cover gaps in contracts.

      We appreciate your feedback on your experience with iGov. As a small company we are sometimes faced with the difficult decision to let go of employees when a contract ends. We have been building our pipeline to enable us to transfer employees to another contract or project.

      None that I can recall.

      Cons

      After I'd relocated to work there, I was let go over a lie that I never got a chance to refute. Then the company flagged my clearance using that same lie. It took me a while to get another job because of that
