      - strong culture and values, very family friendly. It's like working with a big family - good benefits

      Cons

      - goals on sales and productivity not realistic, causing high attrition rates. Co-workers on the floor suffering. - always talking about values, but dont see it in managers at all. - poor bonuses

      Benefits are not too bad

      Cons

      Poor management that promotes a lot of favouritism. Some of the so-called ‘leaders’ here are also quite fake and their actions really differ from what they say. The culture here is terrible. Only join here if you really like to boot lick your bosses and you are really adept at office politics/backstabbing your colleagues/leaders at any chance you can while pretending to be their friends. That’s why many of the good workers who actually know their stuff have left and the bootlickers who pretend that they know their stuff are still there.
