      Pros

      Extremely casual work environment. Coworkers are enjoyable and personable. The CEO, Chuck Brungardt is a swell fellow with good intentions. Colorado is a fantastic location to work in.

      Cons

      Management is basicaly non-existent and sets a rather poor example for the rest of the company. The casual 'laid-backness' of the studio can lead to some extremely immature behavior among some of the Senior employees. Tons of HR issues that are seemingly ignored.

      Pros

      Talented and passionate employees who want to make a great product but are looking for solid leadership and professionalism. If you are starting out and want a chance to learn you will get plenty of work.

      Cons

      Upper management has a lack of trust in employees skills and leadership abilities, poor management that isn't consistent. Executives who don't take responsibility for their decision making. Upper management acts like a small studio and can be unprofessional to employees and clients.
