It's a stable job and a regular paycheck.

Cons

The people at front desk were often neglected, mistreated, and belittled. We're the ones who get the lowest pay and don't get pay raises, when we're always asked to work extended hours and get the most stressed due to everyone's unreasonable demands!

Paychecks were delivered on time.

Cons

Sudden changes in protocol came without reason or warning. We’d be told to scrap something we’d worked weeks on with no explanation. It felt like decisions were made on a whim. That lack of clarity created anxiety across the whole department.
