      Salary is based on experience.

      Cons

      Extreme, high turn-over of nursing staff. Management concerned only with profit. Company does not deliver what it promises and is totally out of touch with it's work force. Staff does not trust company to be honest, low morale due to bad management. Staff does not respect the management. State survey results were poor. Building, computer and phone system all in need of replacing. Unhappy , unorganized, delivers poor quality.

      Benefits are okay, except for PTO. Even non-clinical employees have to use PTO for all holidays.

      Poor management Sub-standard product and bad reputation in the community Unclear goals/expectations Mission and values are not put into practice
