Pros
Wages are generally on par with competitors.
Cons
Work is contract based, and there are only 1 or 2 customers. So expect long hours (and no overtime) when deliverable are due and then to be shown the exit when the contract is done. People are cycling through here regularly staying between 6 and 12 months. No sense of loyalty to employees who are mainly contractors anyway so don't expect to make many friends here. Projects that are happening are regularly cut back to meet 'budget' so while we are working on some cool concepts they rarely get implemented as best they could. As others have said here management does lack focus often and resources are not used efficiently. Some projects have no final implementation and clear direction is not conveyed to the lower levels.

Pros
Dynamic and agile small company with a diverse portfolio from staging to media production and software development. It allows for individual growth, stimulates and considers personal initiatives.
Cons
No options for working remotely. You have to be present at office even in down times after hard pushes with no overtime pay.
