Pros

Location if you want to work in an office.

Cons

Leadership is terrible. President has bi-polar traits and is happy go lucky then a tyrant. Publicly shames his employees and if there is a recession you do not want to be employeed at ImageSeller. It looks awesome from the outside but not so great once you are on the inside.

Toxic and stressful

Pros

The job can be interesting, standard benefits, and half-day Fridays.

Cons

High level management does not communicate openly, in a timely manner, or honestly. Turnover is pretty high for a small company and duties of the open positions are redistributed to current employees rather than replacing those that left - causing overwhelming workloads. Daily communication department to department, is usually passive aggressive and disrespectful.

Pros

Catered lunches, company outings and events, sometimes work trips. For an entry-level position, you really do get to learn in-depth about business and the industry. These skills you develop are proven valuable to any job you decide to take after that. It is not hard and strenuous work, just time-consuming and can be offset if they updated their work processes or hired out more people. However, when you get the hang of it, you really have a chance to succeed.

Cons

- Company work culture is a hit or miss depending on your personality. Small company makes for an extremely "tight-knit" environment that easily turns toxic because of the inability to separate personal relationships with professional business/working relationships. - Professionalism is at a minimum - The more time you have at the company, the more seniority and added perks you get...the benefits packages is not the most competitive when you are starting out. - High turnover rate - No room for innovation or creative thinking even though they are a promotional advertising company - little to no room to grow inside the company
