      Pros

      The culture and people that I get to work with are welcoming and supportive. The workload is variable and always challenging thanks to strong client relationships. Senior management is always willing to share tools for success and provide professional mentor-ship and is extremely accommodating when it comes to personal matters. You get what you give both with career development and workload. You are treated, and are expected to act, as a professional from day one.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company, so sometimes there's rifts between departments. These generally get solved during process meetings and through open communication.
