Pros

Downtown location has lots of lunch options.

Cons

No room for advancement, low salary, low commission, you have to provide your own laptop and pay for Office 365. Please do not work here. I've seen employees start and quit within a month. You do not get reimbursed for any work related expenses and it adds up! Once you get hired you'll start looking for another job within 2 months. PLEASE NOTE: ANY REVIEW WITH THE PHRASE "DISRUPTIVE" OR "HIT THE GROUND RUNNING" IS POSTED FROM THE OWNER OR UPPER MANAGEMENT. THEY USE THESE TERMS IN ALL THEIR MEETINGS.

I’ve come to realize that rich cucco truly cares about none of his employees unless your upper management. NOTHING is provided for you as a account manager. You have to purchase your own laptop ($300+), you have to purchase your own office supplies ($50-$150), you are REQUIRED to have Windows Pro edition ($100). You are given a $400 “expense allowance” which is supposed to take care of all of those start up expenses plus gas, tolls, mileage. Just to start working is a $450+ investment, depending on what you want and need as far as supplies. I have never. Ever worked for a company that doesn’t supply the tools necessary to do the job. I found out that Rich Cuccos brother Owns Impact Networking (the same industry and job). He however provides everything Car, Gas Card, Ipass, Laptop with software. The technicians get everything provided car, gas card, Iphone, laptop, ipass. I think mr. cucco should take notes. There is a reason they have such high turn over with this corporation. Maybe if they would slightly take care of employees and stop buying the upper management brand new Mercedes Benz SUV’s as company cars maybe people would stay a little longer. Oh and of course they get everything provided for them as well phone,laptop,gas card, etc. It’s obvious rich, laura, and all of the “partners” could careless about their front line guys. On a second note the upper management are just overpaid baby sitters. That do nothing but sit in the offices and not talk to anyone. They use the scare tactic here. Fear me or you lose your job.

Pros

Wide variety of manufacturers to work with. Autonomy if performing at plan. Since there's no coffee provided in the office, you get to leave for a pick me up.

Cons

I have NEVER worked for a worse company than Imagetec. The turnover on the sales team seems to baffle the managers when the reasons are 100% evident. Inconsistent leadership day to day, zero ongoing training, managers (if you have one) that manage up and kick reps to the side, and compensation far below industry average . As if that wasn't enough to drive sales people away, the support and leasing team is among the rudest, condescending, and least helpful group I've ever had the misfortune to interacte with. It's ironic because the owner of the company loves to talk about the family oriented paradise that this place supposedly is.
