The lack of leadership at times was baffling. It’s a small shop, but it was inefficient, and downright ineffective in their mission.

You get a lot of indirect exposure to the water sector, but Imagine H2O is not the only operator in water.
Cons
It felt like there was highly disorganized and dysfunctional leadership. The compensation is far below market rate, and the tendency toward favoritism really lowers morale.
