Supportive coworkers overshadowed by poor management practices

Pros

Great coworkers, many become friends afterward. You can make good money if you are good at sales.

Cons

Store manager is very subjective. Always saying abusive words and heavy micro-managing. The higher management only care about sales and make jokes on lower sales store(which they think it is funny).

commissions, good place to learn sales and store operations

Cons

Office politics is unbearable. The commissions used to be great but now that's gone for a toss. Forget any growth as management will overlook you even if you are their top seller and 'most dependable' employee.
