Small company that will allow a person to grow. I have learned a great working at this company. My work expericence here was made me a better engineer with a better understanding of multiple engineering desciplines.
Cons
Because it is a start up in an industry that is in a downward spiral it has been difficult to get a constant flow of orders. On a better note there has been plenty of interest in the product. With the company has great potential.
