Horrendous management. This is a company that throttles employee morale day by day, what is the point of having checkins when you are not promoting people or don't have any intent to do so. No constructive feedback or goal settimg. They would rather have hardworking employees leave and then get new people than retain them. Worst work culture of my life. I hope the company and it's rotten management go down.

I have been fortunate to work at Imbibe for over 3 years and I've witnessed a significant positive shift in our company culture during this time. The company has made significant strides in rewarding and recognizing employee contributions, something that was not previously a focus. Beyond a committee dedicated to these initiatives, Imbibe is constantly exploring new ways to improve the workplace, including employee engagement programs and surveys, focusing on employee well-being (with added flexible work arrangements) and encouraging open communication & feedback cross-functionally.

Cons

Work-life balance for some could still be improved. I often feel the expectation is that I am constantly available and due to this, I have difficulty disconnecting from work outside of the office.
