Some customers and projects can be great Pay can be good, depending on how upper management likes you Location and premises are very nice
Cons
Boss is an egotistical paranoid with no idea what he's doing and no desire to improve, who checks absolutely all the boxes of the worst manager you can imagine. The only people that stay in the company are a select few yes-men that have learnt how to stroke his ego, the others are exploited until they begin pushing back and then they are bullied into resigning.
