Pros

Great pay! Easy job. The pay is more than any call center but they expect us to have good customer service for it. Taaking reservations for the military is rewarding. Schedule is tough but is on a shift bid so its as fair as possible with you being able to pick your scheudle according to how well you are doing instead of how long you have been there.

Cons

Some of the other agents are petty and lazy.

Pros

Great hours! Plenty of hours if you want them - pay is higher than any other call center.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Started out good...ended up awful!

Pros

Good pay for a call center...starting out at $28K for Call Center Agents...some positions pay up to $35K; 40 hrs/week

Cons

Management was horrible; lots of favoritism...if you kissed but, you got certain privileges; average turnover; several people walked off the job without notice; schedule changes about every 2 weeks...sometimes drastic; pay used to be salary, now hourly...
