      Poor engineering and miscommunication as a result of future problems

      Pros

      Big company with good benefits, good work/life ratio, and good colleagues can still be found (but rare).

      Cons

      - Very slow desition making process - The "tech" leads are afraid of changes and most of the time preferred to only talk, but never take the responsibility and do - Product teams are stuck with features which are not defined by "data-driven" approach, but more "VP-said" approach - Mismanagement and poor communication have led to multiple disasters and at least 2 product development teams have fully resigned - "We are an international company", doesn't really work as the preferred communication language is still German and international people most of the time just left out of "German" discussions

      Constantly trying to do more with less employees

      There is some good, professional, people

      Cons

      For the last 5 years their product and engineering team has been shrinking. It's a company with zero sense of priority (wants to do everything all at once) with literally 10 times less engineers than companies with similar revenue. Everyone is always super stressed because there is no resources. example: in my area there were about 1 UX Designer per 10 teams. No wonder their product experience is so terrible.
