Lack of respect and appreciation for employees, limited resources and staffing for company needs, no training, micromanage, passive aggressive human resources staff, lack of communication, antiquated computer systems and processes, inability to occasionally work from home, and employees work in constant fear of losing their job. Although many of the senior level employees have worked there for 20 plus years, they have very little industry experience outside of the company, and they look down upon newly hired employees and are not interested in innovation or learning anything new.
