Human Resource Nightmare

Pros

Nice building. Comfortable chairs. Above average health products. Decent benefits. Competitive pay but not overly.

Cons

Past the buck attitude. Departments fighting with each other. Lack of proper Human Resource management. Frequent change in CEO/President over the last few years. Great products but seriously overpriced which impedes their growth on the market. This is not a company that works as a team.

There are a lot of nice people working there; unfortunately most of them are looking for employment elsewhere.

Cons

The executive committee does not have any good leaders, nor do they have any clear direction so you could only imagine what's it like to take direction when it changes everyday. The distributors are the ones that tell the executive committee what to do. There are a lot of vps and directors without any real experience so its a circus. Every department is quick to blame the other. Sales team and hr do a lot of kissing ....
